By Rail: Eastbourne has a regular train connection to London Victoria (1 hour 30 minutes), Brighton and Hastings. The East Beach Hotel is a 5 minute taxi ride or a 20 minute walk from the railway station.By Road: Junction 6 from M25 take the A22 straight through to Eastbourne.Junction 7 on M25 join the M23 to Brighton then the A27 to Lewes and then Eastbourne.
